Dmitry - "Captain"
Dmitry Demenschonok was born in April 1959 in Belarus. Growing up Dmitry picked up his love of sailing from his father - who worked in the navy. From the local Naval Club that he acquired the basic skills of yachting. In 1981 he graduated as an electrical engineer from Tallinn Polytechnic Institute. He worked several jobs such as designing transmission lines and ran several businesses including fishing professionally when he bought and operated two fishing trawlers. Throughout it all, Dmitry never forgot his love of the sea and sailed his small boat it in Gulf of Finland every chance he got.
In 1999 Dmitry and his family moved to Canada to start a new life. His passion for the water followed him and Dmitry joined the local yacht club on Lake Simcoe. In 2002 Dmitry and his friend did a 2-week tour of the North Channel of Lake Huron. From 2004 to 2006, Dmitry was the owner of a small marina on the north from Toronto to Holland River. In 2007 Dmitry started organizing and leading vacation charters to the Caribbean. The positive feedback and desire to share the experience lead to the formation of a recreation charter business. Since 2016, in addition to the charter business Dmitry opened a dry marina in Beaverton, next to Lake Simcoe. Using a well-equipped, dedicated workshop Dmitry is able to leverage his years of experience to repair boat hulls and motors. The workshop is also used to assemble and sell Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs) with aluminum bottoms.
If you are in need of motor or boat repairs, or if you are looking to buy a RIB boat, or are perhaps dreaming about a Caribbean charter trip don’t hesitate to contact Dmitry to get the latest advice or information!

Alex - "Scuba Instructor"
Meet Dmitry's younger brother Alex. He was born ten years later and share similar passion to sea.... or more precisely "under the sea":
"I was born in Tallinn and learned to like fishing and swimming from younger age. Actually it was my bother Dmitry together with my dad Nicolay taught me how to do both.
My first dive was in 1990 at Saaremaa (Estonia) island south peninsula. We were looking for wrecks of WWII marine barges. That diving trip was successful in retrieving some war artifacts under Russian Navy officer direct supervision. I never touched live ammunition in my life. All stories about fierce battles on Baltics came alive in my memory when i've found anti-aircraft machine guns, spare cartridges and empty shells. That moment still very vivid in my memory.
20+ years passed from that trip and I've managed to get my PADI Open Water certification in Belize. Marine scientists from UK and Canada were running four weeks diving camp for volunteers who like to learn about underwater creatures, fishes and corals . During that BCDC-13 expedition we were literally "counting fishes" and measured corals conditions. It helped me to decide to pursue diving professionally and in summer of 2014 I've passed my IE in cold fresh water lake in Ontario.

My wife Lily is sharing my passion of diving and went with me to trips in Australia, Cuba, Grenada, Grand Turk, Curacao and Roatan (Honduras) in Caribbean. We've seen amazing marine life and encounter great variety of fishes. Together with my brother Dmitry, we're welcoming everyone to join us on our sailing and diving trips.
Enjoy and preserve our fragile underwater world!
